The Limits

The Limits are a young indie band from Portsmouth whom write and perform all their own orginal songs. The 3 piece have performed at prominant music venues
such as The Joiners, Tiger Tiger, Drift Bar, Havana, Club Riot! Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms and even with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra at Portsmouth’s New Theatre Royal.
They have supported popular local and touring bands also have performed with signed acts such as Doll and the Kicks, Six Nation State, NineNinetyNines, The Exits, Medalist, The Elements, Sam McCarthy, The Cartel, The Ramblings and The Docks. As well as playing live for big acts and venues, they have been invited into radio studios for live interviews and on air performances with Express FM and The Quay.
The fun and lively band enjoy playing a varity of gigs and venues are always looking for new challenges and experiences. Their Live performances fill the room with an upbeat indie sound that will have any audience tapping thier feet in approval, before they leave with the rythms and lyrics stuck in their head wanting more. The bands sound has been compared to The Kooks, The Courteeners and Stereophonics. The band howeverjust enjoy what they’re doing and are in it for the love of the music that they produce.
